Genesis 18-19

God visted Abraham and quickened Sarch to faith in his promise concernning Isaac's birth(18:1-15)

God revealed to Abraham the impeding judgment of Sodom and Gomorrah and Abraham boldly pleaded for them(16-33)

Lot was saved from God's judgment of Sodom and Gomorrah but suffered great losses(19)

Principle

#1 Our faith in God's promise can release His power for its fulfillment

#2 God, the Judge of all the earth, does right. - He fairy judges the ungodly and mercifully spares the righteous

#3 When ever one is out of the will of God, he is out of the control of the Holy spirit; then he can't think straight

#4 Compromise with the world means a wated life before God
